Do you have a refunds and returns policy?
We hope you love your Venus & the Cat purchase for many years to come, but if you’ve had a change of heart you have 14 days from the date of receipt to notify us that you’d like a refund and we’ll arrange for a courier to return the item back to us in one piece, in its original condition. What is your delivery process?
All homeware items are couriered by DHL for next day delivery for domestic UK orders, with delivery tracking for you available. Full details on timescales and what to expect can be found here.
Please note, our packaging is designed with safety and security in mind, not aesthetics. We believe that packaging should keep your new purchase absolutely safe and protected in transit and then be entirely recyclable. That is why your valuable fine bone china item will arrive not in pretty bows and delicate retail boxing, but sturdy, double-boxed, double-walled cardboard secured with cushioned bubble wrap (all of which can then go in your green bin).
What if the item is not what I expected?
We take all possible care to ensure that the details and descriptions on site match the product you receive. This does include imagery, appearances, colours and textures that may differ visually depending on your screen or monitor. For example, pantones differ across screens and devices. Each item is unique and colours can appear slightly different. As such, we can’t guarantee complete accuracy if your computer or mobile equipment distorts the product. We are, however, absolutely confident that our products are even more stunning seen with your own eyes and you will only ever be satisfied. If, however, you feel that what you have received isn’t quite what you’d wanted, you can always contact us for a refund (so long as you do so within 14 days from receipt).
