All Limited Edition homeware items are couriered for next day delivery for domestic UK orders, once your order has been received by us on our system. You can receive tracking by entering either your email address or mobile number at checkout (pending carrier).
We also courier worldwide for homeware pieces. Timelines can vary, but are longer. A note in case you are ordering from abroad, you technically become the ‘importer’ of the product (outside of the UK) and might face an additional import tax or customs charge, as can sometimes be the case.
The speed and success of delivery relies on the accuracy of your address information, so please make sure that this is correct, as it is your responsibility. We cannot take responsibility for any delivery error for which incomplete or insufficient information was provided. Accordingly, we can’t be held liable if you arrange your delivery to be left elsewhere (i.e. with a neighbour) and something goes awry between you.
We will make every effort to ensure we stick to our timescale promises, but occasional delays are inevitable. These might be at the hands of the carrier and/or due to unforeseen events outside of our control. If we do foresee any delays that we knowingly affect ourselves then they will be clearly signposted on the website in advance.
Please note, our homeware packaging is designed with nothing but the safety and security of the item in mind, not the aesthetics. We believe that packaging should keep your new purchase absolutely safe and protected in transit and then be entirely recyclable. That is why your valuable fine bone china item will arrive in sturdy, double-walled cardboard secured with cushioned bubble wrap and/or compostable ‘bullets’ (all of which can then go in your recycling bin).
Items that are non-Limited edition or from our Tees & Totes range are shipped First Class Royal Mail.
Refunds and returns
We hope you love your Venus & the Cat purchase for many years to come, but if you’ve had a change of heart you have 14 days from the date of receipt to notify us that you’d like a refund. We require customers wanting refunds to post the items back to us in the same manner in which they were received and in an as-new condition.
Simply drop us a note on firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number. We will then confirm a return address. The refund will be issued when the item gets back to us safe and sound. Your refund should come back to you in the same way you originally paid.
All we ask is that you please check your item as soon as you can after delivery to ensure that it arrived to you undamaged, informing us immediately if this is not the case.
